A: 1. Raw Material: We insist on using high-quality lead ingots with a Pb purity of 99.994% or higher to ensure product purity from the source.
2. Production: Advanced rolling mills and a sophisticated online thickness measurement system provide real-time control of the rolling process, ensuring uniform thickness, stable tolerances, and a dense internal structure. We also strictly control surface finish to eliminate obvious defects.
3. Inspection: Before shipment, we conduct 100% thickness and appearance inspection on every sheet/roll of lead plate. We also provide material certification for key batches to ensure that every square meter delivered to you meets the agreed standards.
4. Management: We have established a comprehensive quality traceability system. Every product can be traced back to the production batch and raw material source, ensuring traceability of quality issues.
